the staff were amicable and excellent and the location was marvellous close to the urban railway. we took a triple room and it had a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and an iron/ironing board.

The breakfast options were extensive and freshly prepared.
The lighting situation in my room was quite frustrating, especially near the entrance. It was difficult to see what I was doing when I arrived after dark. I faced problems with a less-than-ideal reception setup, made it hard to find assistance when I needed it. The staff was friendly but lacked the effective support needed during late hours.

I stayed 3 nights in a lovely, quiet room that had a fine view of the trees! The breakfast was good, and I appreciated how the staff were always ready to help even during the busy morning rush.
It wasn't very inexpensive, but still within acceptable range.
